BizHeroFor exists because most operations software is built for someone else's business. Our infrastructure runs in AWS EU-West-1 with encryption at rest and in transit, and our support team works UK and Ireland business hours from the same office where the engineers sit. If something is broken, the person fixing it is two desks away from the person you spoke to.
