Solution · E-commerce

A real online store, up the same day.

A full e-commerce engine — storefront, checkout, stock, payments, accounting, all wired in from day one. Pick a theme, drop in your products, and you're trading.

Most e-commerce platforms hand you a blank page and a year of integration work. BizHeroFor's e-commerce module is built around the opposite idea — that you should be able to launch a fully functional store, with stock control and accounting hooked in, before close of business.

Out of the box you get a choice of pre-built themes — Businessshop, Shoptimizer, Christie, Wellinor, Grocery, Furniture, Interior, Accounting, Corporate, Legal Services — each one tuned to a different kind of catalogue. They're not just colour swaps; the navigation, the product card layouts, the way variants are presented, the homepage rhythm — they're shaped for the products that sit inside them. You can pick one and ship, or hand it to your designer to push further.

Catalogue, the way real shops work

Products live inside categories and sub-categories. Each one carries images (multiple, drag-to-reorder), a description, a long description, distributor, weight, EAN code, measurement, brand, plus structured product attributes for filtering. You can attach colour and size variants, link related products, set featured products, and tag items for search. Bulk imports come from CSV — there's a column-mapping screen that lets you point arbitrary spreadsheet columns at the right product fields and save the mapping for next time.

The same product record drives your storefront, your sales pipeline, your stock allocation, and your accounting sync. There is no separate "website product" and "warehouse product" to keep aligned.

Pricing, shipping, tax

Pricing is per-customer if you need it. Trade customers can have their own price tier; retail customers see retail. VAT rules are configurable per product and per region. Shipping charges are rule-based — flat, per-weight, per-region, or free above a threshold. Free-shipping promotions can be turned on for whole categories or specific SKUs.

Payments are handled through Stripe and PayPal. Customers can save cards for repeat purchases, recurring billing is supported, and refunds flow back through to the original payment method.

Design without writing code

The site editor exposes the bits you'd actually want to touch. Slider images and headlines, the homepage banners, the colour scheme, the menu structure, the footer copy, the dynamic labels (sale flags, "new in", "low stock"), the gallery, your team page, testimonials, partner logos, news posts. Each lives in its own admin screen — change it, save, refresh.

Branding goes deeper if you need it: a colour customisation panel lets you set the primary palette across every theme element. Logo and favicon swap in from the dashboard. A custom domain points to your store and the SSL is handled automatically.

The bits people forget

Newsletter signups feed a Mailchimp list automatically. SendGrid handles transactional emails — order confirmations, dispatch notifications, invoice copies — with templates you can edit. Google Merchant Centre integration produces the product feed. There's a returns policy page, a privacy page, terms and conditions — all editable in the dashboard, all linked from the footer.

Sales flow through to whichever accounting package you already keep — no double-entry, no manual export.

Behind it all is the multi-tenant platform: every store you build runs on the same engine, gets the same updates, and shares the same dashboard if you're managing more than one site. Sub-admins ("mini-admin" accounts) let you give a team member access to a single store without exposing the rest.

Pick a theme, load your products, change the colours to match your brand. Trading the same day.
